Return and Refund Policy

At Home Donut Machine, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at HomeDonutMachine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
